ReplyDeleteI have purchased a redimi note 4g mobile and received on 4th October and found to see that the item is not showing network. RETURN REQUEST BOOKED ON 4th ( THE SAME DAY) Please return it and refund the money. The product is with the delivery address return slip packed vide Return id no 2094903. I am no more interested your product.
From the day, I was keeping contact with shopclues and they are giving 48 hours, return request declined and not even interested to return the product and telling me to repair and use it by any means. No return will be applicable and no further complaint will be considered. Approximately 15 time s I have called them and they simply forwarding the request and instruct me to wait for 48 hours.
Please return the money and allow me out from shopclues.

I Have ordered a DEll laptop on 17-10-2015. Later I received a wrong product which was reverse picked after 30 days. There no replacement even after 75 days. Now they are telling that the delivery address is not serviceable. What is funny is they have delivered many products to the same address.They have held up my money for 75 days. Their service is the worst and irrsponsible. I recommend not to trust shopclues.

ReplyDeleteFirst time I tried shop clues.Product delivered is good quality but do not match the picture in shape and size.
It is a shoe 5 to 6 cms longer than my foot length.At the age age of 74 I fear I will trip and fall.I have requested them for replacement or refund.It is only 2 days So I have to wait and watch.But their web site,procedures,too many mails and SMS back and forth is so confusing and very user unfriendly.On an order of 600/- so far over 20 emails and sms are sent back and forth.What a waste of human potential and man hours.
I will complain or complement after seeing what they do.

ReplyDeleteShopclues, yes the corporate which is flourishing on customer's money by cheating them. Me as first time buyer has lost both my money and peace of mind by ordering a commodity in prepaid basis almost of INR 10,000. They claimed the order has been cancelled as its not available with trader, but every day i visit Shopclues site and finds that its available with the trader. Neither they are refunding the money nor delivering the product. I am planning to take it up the respective ministry and filing a criminal case. If you really value your money please don't even give a shit to Shopclues.

I ordered for supply of strelitzia raginae ( order no. 98531977 ) which was supplied by SAHELI of Udaipur , On germination it was revealed that the seeds were of Amla ( which is abundantly available in forests without cost .Though supplier assured on20 th Oct , replacement with desired seeds but till this date no replacement recived. Wrote review on shopcluse but they have erased it.very corrupt practice.Man mohan Bansal

Then I chose from the Shopclues website which thing I want to buy above 4000rps.and i chose iphone 7 from above options.and said to them then they said to pay from paytm 4100 rps to them..and then they give me a no on which I transfer 4100 from paytm.the no was 9073643050..I transferred them the amount they said u will get one confirmation msg from them.and after 24 hours the dispatch msg will given to u of ur order.I called them from day one to now day three..they are saying we will callback to you.they are always saying we will call back and they cut the call with saying nothing...no response.. Every time I called them they said hello shopclues.com or hello shopclues.they are using the ne of shopclues and making fool of peoples..and the fraud is going on...plz take a legal action for this types of people who are making fool of shopclues customers and cheating them using the name of shopclues.I am the one persons there are many persons who get cheated from this type of peoples.plz take legal action.
