ReplyDeleteI have ordered 6 tshirts a month ago on 29th june 2016. I have not received the parcel till date. I have contacted the customer service and logistic department. Nobody is giving proper answer. Too hopeless service from your side.

ReplyDeleteMy order no is 302032. firstly i have received my order after 10days of expected date when i have done so many calls to you and your logistics team then i found that the is defected so i raised a return request than again after so many calls and emails have done to your team my order has been finally picked up. then your logistic team took 15 days to deliver it to your office and it has been received by you on 15th of sep 2016 and its been 17 days you have received that product but still i do not get any mail or call or any message from your side and also i did not get my refund yet.
and now all of your customer care executives are busy with i don't know whom so they can not take any customer's call.
So will you please tell me that what the hell is going on.

This is the worst customer service I have come across till date - The customer representatives you have are total dunderheads and useless.
Neither they want to track the shipment nor the want to offer any alternative solution. They will nvr get back and just send an automated mail saying that they will get back in 2-3 days
