Dear i want to know the Incentive Plan and MBG of my cab my cab was in Taxi for sure now my device/cab is automatically convert in to OLA and i want to know the earning of my cab please help me olt from this problem. when i call at 080-67352259 they told they cant clear Incentive and MBG for Chandigarh Region please call at mumbai office. if anybody have right person number please share to clear this issue.
I booked cab at 7 pm on 7/7/2016 ,and got sms driver gurmukh will contact. He called me and asked my location and reply i m coming just in 2 minutes. horrible experience ! you are looting the people . had a bad experience 1 KM --Rs 75 . what nonsense ! i stepped out of the cab , took an auto as n Mohali is quite easy and have more choice then OLA. WANT THE FARE BACK .OR FACE CONSUMER COURT .
I booked a cab on 6/12 and 7/12. But cancel both days and book another cab because driver was away also he was not picking the call. When I cancelled, they charged Rs. 50 each time from my OLA money. This is not the correct way. Please improve your services. This is over charging and you are looting people. Worst cab service ever..
I jus had a ride in ola at chandigarh from 69 sector I've clinic to 78 sector, for this very short ride ola charged me 125 ....im really very disappoint here as a new customer .thy told me that u cancelled one taxi before it bt the truth was I jus opened the ola app I didn't booked it n the place thy were telling me was 22 sector where I didn't go since long man...driver was good although bt there is something wrong in customer service thy r robberies indirectly from customers wallet how cheap company ola has ...now me n all my 11 frns has defeated ola aap ...hav fun ...have some good respect man...u fraud people
Cab no PB01B2479 Mr Shahibjeet Singh run away with taking extra money from my wife and also deducted from my wallet when I called him for returning money he was very rude told me do whatever i want to do
On 8th July 2017 I hired OLA cab for Chandigarh Railway Station and paid Rs.389/- to driver . On 14th July 2017, I came back from New Delhi and dialled OLA cab for Railway Station to my residence Paras Panorma Desu Majra Kharar on NH 21. The sequence of my booking and journey is ; a) At Railway Station Chandigarh on 14 July 2017 at 8.44 pm my request for Cab for cancelled by driver Mr. Satnam Singh vide CRN 870883611. b) Then again I booked one ride at 8.42 and the driver Mr. Ashwani Kumar seated me with my wife in the cab. While driving just outside the Railway Station announced that he is no more interested in going to our destination and will arrange some other cab for us from ITS Park. To which I objected but he did not paid heed to my objection and took us to Mani Majra Rd. Pipliwala Town Adarsh Nagar Mani. There he terminated his ride and asked us to pay him Rs. 89/- for unnecessary journey. When we myself and my wife (both are senior citizens) pressurised him to arrange for our journey to our destination he took my mobile and at 9.06 pm fixed one taxi who declined request for cab. c) Then at 9.04 pm Mr. Satnam Singh booked another ride for us from that spot to our residence. I paid a bill of Rs727/-. My grievance is for a journey from residence to Railway station I paid Rs. 389/- on 8th July 2017 and for the same journey on 14th July 2017, I had to pay Rs.816/-( Rs.727/-+Rs.89/-). 1. Why Mr. Ashwani Kumar did not cancel my ride request when he was not willing to go to my desired destination. 2. My residence route was not adhered by your driver Mr Ashwani Kumar. Unnecessary long journey was chosen for my need. 3. My ride booking with Mr. Ashwani Kumar was for my residence at Paras Panorma Desu Majra Kharar on NH 21. Why he did not stick to it. He is responsible for my inflated bill to the tune of Rs. 427/- for a journey whose asking price was just Rs 389/- only. Please refund me Rs. 427/- . This letter has reference to our telephonic talk with OLA Support personal with reference no 54510905 and 54510567.
Same happened with me . Driver was unable toh fine my location I m telling him continuuslco about my location but still driver was taking rudely and 50 Rs. Charged for this. I was very disappointed and Will uninstall the app also will recommend others not to use this app.

Hi ola manager hyderabad some auto drivers and car drivers is drunk on the duty.
