I traveled 9.49km but u charged Rs 475/-.Rs 276 Extra Charges for Peak time Charges this is very very Cheating method to Passengers.How can you Collect this type of travelling Charges with out information to Passenger this is impossible.i need my Money return back otherwise i will going to make the Complaint against Ola Cabs.

No courtesy to call and inform cancellation by driver and OLA. The driver has cheated and sO has OLA. How can account get debited without the ride. Call center unhelpful... wants us to first give feedback on a ride that has not happened before taking any action. In short wants us to first lie about the ride. Sheer inefficiency and pathetic customer service.

ReplyDeleteI have been commuting to office by Ola( mostly) for several months now... Manly because you have the convenience of advance booking for my peaktime commute. So I book a about 7 in the morning for the 9 a.m pickup..It worked fairly well, barring the occasional cancellation by driver) But this Monday onwards, for 4 continuous days there have been driver-cancellations at the last minute. 15 minutes before the pickup time there will be a call saying your driver has cancelled at your request, and if you have not requested press 2. After I press 2 they say " we will take strict action against the driver and will try and rebook for you. Then I get sms details of another driver, and immediately thereafter, a call from him saying I am at such and such place ( miles away), ther is too much traffic, I don't think I can reach, can you please canceL... What else to do but cancel and go for spot-booking at peak time, accept their surge pricing, pobablynot get a vehicle even at those prices ---in short late for office again... Don't think I'll go to Ola gain if I can help it

I have booked a ola share under the name of Manikandan(9176618847) from Nanganallur to CDC2- Wipro and the amount that was shown was 160 rupees.I had paid the same but the driver was not ready to drop me at the specified location . His attitude was not good and he was making me to drop at CDC5 which is far distant than the CDC2. Also there is no route to reach CDC2 via HCL. He was not convinced and he had wasted around 15 min of time there .Also when there was a wasy route available via Medavakkam he took me around thillaiganga Nagar, velachery,pallikarnai,Medavakkam perumbakkam by which he wasted around 25 mins. He had asked me to pay the Toll and when I refused, his words turned arrogant and the way of speaking was not good.
Consider this immediately.

Hi am issac Today afternoon I booked Ola auto driver name Thangaraj THANGARAJ S (9094359655) TN01AE2923.He abused me with very bad words and ignored to pick up my mom from the Kmc hospital so What Ola complaint section team is going to regarding this.Ola team should pill his job and throw him out with jobless else I will file complaint against the Ola team that they are hiring local rickshaw wala auto driver with ruthless behavior.Please action this immediately

Respected ola team,. I booked ola cab on august 8,2016. Early morning 3.30am to airport from poompuhar Nagar kolathur...the cab came to my place at 3.40am..I told him to wait for another 10 min...he said OK...when I came out of my house after 10 min..the driver had already left..how ridiculous without informing..can you tell me careless ola team what I should have done in those early hours to catch the flight...my humble request would be ...PLEASE ADVICE your Illiterate drivers not to play when the destination is airport,hospital,railway station etc...

ReplyDeleteI had booked only Micro Cab. Its been automatically upgraded to Prime. Usually it will charge below 250 from my pickup to Drop location in Micro. But today i have paid 504. Extra 250.How its possible. Why i should pay for automatic up gradation. Then why should i book Micro directly i can book Prime. Today for single member i have paid 504 rs. Such a worst service, without informing customer, automatically upgrading deducting money.

ReplyDeleteOn 25Jan2017, I booked a cab @ around 8.30am for a Ride Later trip @ 7.30pm from Velachery to Chennai Central. I received an update with Driver Name (Siluvaimicheal E) & CRN (544711031). Driver arrived on time. But on travelling around 0.5km, he mentioned no Diesel, hence break-down (Driver was not true). I asked, if the fuel is empty why did u ask to board the vehicle and I mentioned, to avoid peak time charges I made pre-booking before 12hrs. This is not acceptable. Driver was sarcastic - 'then you have to walk till station'. We got down immediately and took another Ola cab. Please, avoid engaging such drivers.

ReplyDeleteOn 03.02.18 at about 4.25 I booked auto ride from SBI Colony Gill nagar to Ashok pillar. While booking, fare shown as Rs.38. When I alighted at Ashok Pillar, drivers App demanded Rd.104. This is cheating by Ola. I have already filed a complaint for legal remedy.

On Saturday, i booked an ola auto. Auto driver was very rude. He looked drunk. The way he spoke to me was unprofessional. When i called the driver, there was another auto who was also speaking on the phone at the same time. I dint know which was the auto. The way he spoke to me was unprofessional and he looked drunk. So i cancelled the booking and booked another auto. The other driver, was very professional and got me home on time. Please do not download the app and waste your money on this app.
