I tried Ola for the first time using the app. It was a poor show to say the least. My booking id was 188929922 on 20/2/2016.I got detailed sms at 9.16 am. At 9.24 am I got sms that the cab had arrived on time! Lo I was waiting and there was no cab. There was no contact from cab driver. At 9.35 am I called the driver as I was the needy person! The driver said that he was at the some address and I was not there!! I asked him why he did not call me! He told me "Cancel the trip" Lovely suggestion. Since I was just trying out, time was not an issue! I took my car and went out! Thanks great service! I will definitely recommend Ola to my Enemies!!

ReplyDeleteYesterday (30.06.16) night I booked ola from guindy (Hilton hotel) to thiruvanmiyur hardly 10 kms.20 mts traveling you have charged RS.580/ this not fair.i am a media person.this is the second time happening for me.please view this seriously & do some justice for me
ReplyDeleteYesterday I was book Ola cab on 8pm.at the time of booking it shows Rs.10 per km.

If Rs.10/km then how generate extra....?? I am hot happy with ola...

ReplyDeleteOLA cab cheating customer.today ride from saligramam to aishwara mahal 2 km distance ride ola mini the ola driver collected fare Rs140 from my wife.normal fare just Rs40 saying peak time charges.the travel took place 8 min. Inform ola to explain and reimburse extra amount .looks lime cheating.baskaran 9841341552 saligramam Chennai

ReplyDeleteDear sir this is to report about excess billing for my Saturday travel from BBCL, thoraipakkam to ambattur. I have booked micro but was upgraded to mini without my consent. I have been been charged base fare of Rs.40 and distance rate of Rs.90 for the initial distance. I have been charged Rs.918.00 for about 34 km travel. I am not satisfied

Hi, I recently took Ola from Madi pakkam to Mugalivakkam. Normal fare would have been 177. Whereas it showed 722. My phone number is 9840195323. But the booking was done thru my friend's phone 9942911015. His email is skdigi@yahoo.com The CR number is 471375359. I called Ola when the driver was still there. Ola customer care representative agreed that it should have been 177 only, but after speaking to the driver, he asked to pay 722. Which is more than 3 times. And I paid. If you really care about customer service, you need to give discount on the next booking done thru 9840195323.
