ReplyDeletePls note that yesterday's uber ride from airport to my home I have been over charged. Many times I have taken uber for the airport and back home but it has never come to almost triple !!?? During anytime of day or night it has never been over Rs.150-160 maximum. But yesterday I agreed for 1.5 times based on earlier charges, but never expected it to cross Rs.200 or say max Rs.225. I get a bill of Rs.325 !!?? I would like you to verify with my earlier trips on same routes and I feel I should get a refund of atleast Rs.100 from yesterdays bill. I may have to share this information of exorbitant charges and rethink on future use. I expect a favourable reply in this regard. Pls check earlier bills yourself and see how you can justify. Even the driver was shocked to see the bill. And moreover your GPS was not working !! Same route and distance on 8.12.2016 shows 14.53 km and yesterday on 13.12.2016 shows 23.2km ??!! Pls explain

I booked cab on DT.11-4-17 at 9.30 pm.For New Ranip to Gotta.Uber massage approx.fare RS.50/-.I show the cab on the my mobile.I called Your cab driver,he asked me where I have to go?.I asked Gotta. He asked charges fare RS.250/ for said destination.I argued .He told me that Tamar Okay texi no Nathi.You go to riksha.I will cancelled after 15 minutes asked driver on mobile that you Will be charge 50/- in your next trip.I m regular use Uber cab.This happen me first time.When I asked him I complain your Co,he asked you can complain even to Modi.I have all talk record in my mobile.So should I go for Uber Cab ?
