ReplyDeleteI was using first time rubber before this I was use olx my car pilot told me I'm coming within 10 min I told him no issues come after 15 min after that 15 min I called him around 50 times but no response finally I have to hire a auto because rubber is charging 40 rs for panelty only. Pathetic . never use rubber.even u can't use other cab if your driver is sleep

Which hurts me a lot. You know that i am the frequent user of your compaby taxi in Ncr aa well in Chandigarh. If this tyoe service ypu provide to the customer then who will your taxi. Very sad. Even they had used vulger language, which i cannot tell you. I am shring the no of both drivers first one is 9592547150 palbinder & second one no is 9569679990 Raji. First one said that i am going to Zirakpur & second one was in front of me & when o had calked him & asked that you crossed in front of md from Air port with one boy who was sitted in front of him then he said no Sir actually we are not finding the way. ReplyDelete25 dec the cab in delhi did not arrive in time. I had to hire a taxi and just made it. at chandigarh the biss quoted was about rs 238 whereas the driver showed 298 and took rs 300. on 27 jan bill quoted was rs 50/- driver charged rs 90/- saying arrears. please clarify.

ReplyDeleteI booked Uber taxi today at about 7.25AM for move from VIKRAM VIHAR, SECTOR 27 Panchkula to ISBT SECTOR 17 CHANDIGARH. Taxi details forwarded to me, intimated that taxi will reach pick up point in 11minutes.i monitored themove of taxi on map(Google). The taxi never reported or reached at Vikram Vihar. I kept on waiting. This compled me to resort to alternative means of transportation. However i managed to reach my destination to catch 9AM VOLVO bus service from Chandigarh to Gurgaon. This reflects poor management on part of Uber. On reaching Gurgaon i used OLA Taxi service to reach my home.
