Dear Team,

fer to earlier mail What kind of process do u have in for cancellation customer and refund, this not at all acceptable, why should i can wait for another 10 days

Then why u mentioned 10 days before refund will be expected on 18th feb16 but now again you are saying refund will be epected another 10 working day still i have not received the refund. dont try to cheat the customer again and again.

Your team can ask this Payee name and address in initial mail not after 10days this worst way of process i ever seen.

I ORDERED FOR PANASONIC P55 NOVO(SMOKE GREY) ON 13TH MAY,2016.MY EXPECTED DELIVERY DATE WAS GIVEN AS 24TH MAY,2016.WHEN I TRACKED MY STATUS,I FOUND THAT MY ORDER WAS SHIPPED ON 19TH MAY AND THE EXPECTED DELIVERY DATE WAS CHANGED TO 26 TH MAY.NOW AGAIN THE DELIVERY DATE IS TOO LATE. subject : refund not received against subject order 3007174337 dated 29/Jul/2016

Please check as we have not received refund for below two case id against subject order number

case id " 2989794 refund amount Rs.510/- item melbon dude 99 gold mobile.
case id " 2989796 refund amount Rs.791/- item set of 8 men polo t-shirts.

these two cases were cancelled will in time before dispatch of goods. as per your details the refund done on 4th august -16 but i have not received any refund.

also kindly inform, my which account the money have refund, i have checked all details in the card the from which payment was done my me against this purchase but these refund not appearing.
