ReplyDeleteThis happened 3rd time i tried to recharge with mobikwik app on my docomo number but it failed. My balance got deducted from my bank but recharge failed. The balance that got deducted i received that after 2-3 days in my wallet that also in morning.
My promo code(Valentine) that was applied successfully don't even work. This is really very bullshit of this app. Please go through this.
I like this very much but if this happen with peoples like me 3 times i have to switch paytm or something.
& i m using Idea 3g, so please don't put network issue because i live on Ajwa road, Vadodara which is best network provider.

From last 3 weeks I am really fed up with Mobiwik services. My account was disabled from last three weeks but no one yet found any solutions.
I made a call to your executives 3 to 4 times but still as usual reply from all executives will reslove in 24 or 48 hrs then after i get new ticket and new password again I try to put new password and then message come your account is disabled.The problem remains same, again and again the process continue.
I am really frustrated . Please let me know whether my account will enable soon or I have to switch off mobiwk and go to some other wallet service like Paytm,Oxygen.
