ReplyDeleteK, K.M.Sai Mobile No.9100140620, Today I ride Habsiguda Street No.8 to Deccan Chronicle,S.D.Road, Secunderabad. 1st I have booked 10.26am. but that cab driver not coming in my distination, and myself calling driver, driver told your trip cancelled and again book another cab, i have received message & Rs.57.68 my bill amount, after completed the ride driver says your bill amount Rs.117, previous ride cancellation amount also included, but previous ride driver not coming my distination. Please verify & take necessery action.

This is very unfortunate to complaint on branded uber. Myself is regular member to use uber .yesterday I booked uber from wipro circle to police officers mess. Twice I contacted driver and himself contacted me once never turned up and waited half an hour without my consent cancel the trip yr site shows payment evevn I tried to rebook yr site not allowed simply driver mistake I wasted my valuable time road

Yesterday one of my friend travelled at 20.00 hours inthe evening from AS Rao nagar to Annupuram function hall, my friends phone has been left in the cab, after 10 minutes we have called to my mobile no phone has been switched off. These type of incidents happening in niet cabs. The responsibility of cab driver has to get back the phone and reward. But reputation of the user will be spoiled by these type of incidents. Please the driver who picked my friend at AS Rao nagar to give back the phone other wise, i will file criminal case against uber

ReplyDeleteMy daughter Sahithi had booked taxi on 06/04/2017 night for going Hyderbad Airport at 5.00AM on 07.04.2017 early moring .
In this context, i have to inform you that the same Uber taxi was canceled by the driver at 4.55AM on 07.04.17 , for which i have felt a bitter experience.
2. My daughter booked another taxi , which took about 2 hrs to reach airport and i missed the Flight.

ReplyDeleteSome of the UBER drivers are most mischievous.when i want to pay the fare by card the driver insisted for cash and i paid cash of rs.900 and driver dont have change.Later the fare amount is still outstabding and the UBER site answered to me that the driver is denying my cash payment nakedly and i have to pay the fare in my next ride.I caution uber riders not to ride by cash payment under any circumustsnces.Better is PAYTM.Please let me know the UBER offices at Hydersbad.I am going to consumerforum.
