ReplyDeleteLast night my wife dropped her mobile in indore near collectorate circle, one uber driver name JAWED bhai found the mobile and he honestly pick up the call from my son who was searching for mobile, JAWED bhai told him that mobile is with him he went to sarafa thane because he live near by there and given it to the police and later we got the mobile from thane.
We are very much thankful to such honest uber driver

We are disappointed with the service uber provided. Today we requested for an ubergo from May First Rd,Thammanam Kochi to Edapally, Lulu but the driver (Ajith) was unable to trace our location and we had to go for another option. This was our first request which should've been free. Later we requested for another service from Al Ameen Edapally to Chembumukku, Assisi School. When we reached our destination the driver's mobile showed Rs.130 whereas my mobile showed Rs.80 (Rs.50 outstanding). We didn't receive a free service and we had to pay an extra of Rs.50 as well.

My name is lubina. Today drive in Uber.. They showed me 63rupees and collected 150 rupees.when I ask for details it's showing that driver has cancelled the ride..Iam not the who cancelled the ride...And for their mistake and irresponsibility they are charging me.If I can file a case against this issue I will surely do..For this dishonest act.And why don't you Uber provide customer support.in your app.
