ReplyDeleteI live in dehradun and after seeing all the transportation, I do think that there is an urgent need of Uber Cabs as here many students live from other cities and transportation is not so good.. I request if Uber cabs can be started in dehradun city so that the people especially students gets most benifits...

I called a cab on 14 Oct at 10:30 am but the driver who calledand told me that he will take fifteen minutes to reach, called up again after 5 min to say that he cannot make it because the locationis too far. I just said ok, although it was very difficult. After that when I took a cab again the I was charged Rs 50 for cancelling a ride. I DID NOT CANCEL, the driver did. So why was I charged?Also the cab driver of that day told me that as he owns the cab, the more fare he gathers, the moremoney he will make. He asked me if I could change my drop-off location on reaching so that the empty cab he will take to his next destination also getshim money. When I refused to do so, he got angry and although the fare quote was between 125-150, I was charged 200/- for the ride.He said that if I had helped him by changing the drop-off location, he would have taken only 200/-My complaint is that why am I the customer being charged for the fault of these two drivers, one who refused to come and the other who tried to manipulate me into cheating the company.

I think there is some fraud happening in Uber Jaipur.
ReplyDeleteI started taking Uber everyday ( 3-4 times) since last 2 weeks.
Suddenly Uber was overcharging me for every trip. Rs312 for 7 one!!!!! Then each time I complained and they adjusted my fare.
Yesterday I got off at jawahar nagar and I ride for 9 one only but thedue to technical issue rider said he couldn't end My trip.
So after 20 mins he was waiting outside my house. Then trip ended and it showed 7-8 kms out of Jaipur.
The driver was outside my house in the city but the bill showed that was in another area.
And the bill was almost double of what I pay.
I complained. They blicked my account and asked me to start using credit/debit card if i want to use Uber again.
There is something wrong with Uber. I won't use it again.
And I'll never give them my debit/credit card number.

ReplyDeleteDear sir ,I booked a cab on yesterday with name Shyam vaishnav,from Uniara hospital to sanganer, But ride was canceled by driver without any confirmation, I called him many times but he did not give any response , He froward my call on his home number his family member pickup the phon when i call him. I was select paytm wallet for payment, I charged 50 ruppes by Uber, This is driver fault that's why i want refund. In future I'll never select paytm wallet for Uber ride payment.
