ReplyDeleteBooked cab 25 mins back, not yet arrived, called driver, he asked me to cancel booking, I asked him to cancel it else Rs 50/- is charged for cancellation. He has not cancelled it, I cannot book afresh. Vehicle no MH49 F 0554.

ReplyDeleteWhy Uber is deducting money from our account when driver has cancelled the trip. Yesterday (02/11/2016) we has booked trip but after 20 min. also driver (Abhishek, mob-09637378725) doesn't come, we have asked him for the reason but instead of giving reason he asked us to cancel the trip. I checked the system as per system if I cancel the trip ₹ 50/- will be deducted from my side so I call driver to cancel trip from his side but he didn't bother to lift phone, after several minutes he cancel trip but in that condition also money deducted from my side. How it can be done when driver is not compiling with service. And how fair practice it is.

I have complaint about uber service..two drivers name 1)Abid-MH49F1330 date:- 31/March/2017 time:-18.44 pm and 2)Yogesh-MH40Y6411 date:-03/May/2017 time:-20.27pm in Nagpur.I took uber rides on above dates..charges shown by my mobile app uber application and email msg.zero 0 charges..its free rides..but these two people took 200/-charges from me when I asked about this charges they argumented with my family.and misbehaved.after this I will not book uber ride and this happened not with me but also with so many customer..please stop this third class service in Nagpur by such riders..otherwise Nagpur will ban Uber forever

ReplyDeleteIt was my worst ride the estimated tariff shown me in the screen was Rs.111 but after completing my Ride The driver told me to pay Rs238. How can be their so much of difference the receipt which they have sent me my Total amount was Rs113 but what's the surge among it was more than my tariff Rs124.This is totally fraud i am very disappointed from Uber Service.
