Well, time warranted writing this. Time and again reminded subject only.
Of various plants `Thulsi` is medicating in the name of `Prasadha`/ `Theertha`.
Panja Bootha contributed many like these viz., Arugan, Athi, Agathi, Aal, Vembu, Thumbai, Thulasi, Sembu, Irumbu, Thutha Naga performaing their role understanding their responsibilities to this society in the same way.
Our Body too with `Air` (Prahna) to the maxi. When it is lost the `Jeevan` is said to be `Moksha` as you have mastered all these.
When every plant, insect, tiny creature like Bee, Ant, Earth-worm, Butterfly perform and discharge their duties as herbal understanding their responsibility why should we keep quite, please (they are making fun of us).
I hope you too will be in the same way to discharge on your part with our support.
2. Models like the Great `Kamarajar` will not again born to scarify for this society.
Right or Wrong, loosing lives. been shot dead, our Maha `Athma` and other leaders had done their contributions to the society. Likewise, the world leaders.
3. Present scenario, Tamilnadu warrants a `Soul` with `Dedication` to contribute to this poor and down-trodden for their uplift as they could solitarily not fight against the failing and aggravating nature and seasons.
4. I admired your emotional values through TV channel and I hope, some one should appropriate the `yard-stick` to lead and I request your goodselves to decide at once, as the `Delayed judgement is the Denied one` and the time delay may result In Tamilnadu to miss the oppurtunities by your delaying / missing your role play to this society at present.
Please, "Thinking before we step is prudent and once stepped it should be Solid".

Initial attention- I Phase:

i. Let`s join hands and plant greeneries (thr` social organisations)
ii. Deepen and stagnate the rain water resource (thr` power of massive youngsters);
iiij. Collect support of locals to lend their farm machineries an hour or a day;
iv. Deploy the available resource of man-power (members of Rasigar [manthiram] Mandram);
v. List out Volunteers able to contribute even in minutes or hours if not a day and make use;
vi. Give Attention to Districts on priority of Draught / calamities;
vii. Request the elements to keep atleast quiet if not supporting;
viii.Try at the avenues and help of Govt. Contributions, Subsidies etc.,
ix. Concentrate on poor, Aged, Sr.Citizens, destitues, as measure of alleviating poverty;
x. Promote White Revolution / Ancilliary Agri.Activities / Daily income to peasants
(& II phase to continue).
Then let`s wait for the chain of `Hand Joining` / Volunteers as our country is highly Populated not only from local state and from the rest also in the second and next phases to come.
