I have ordered a product on 30th Nov 2016 and i was supossed to get the product by 2nd dec but i had rescheduled my product delivery on 4th dec at the time of placing order and now i m tracking my product status than still order is in "Order placed Status". What the hell this is and now today i.e on 3rd dec i called to customer service than executive is telling you will get product on 5th dec and there is some mistake from there end than what the hell u were doing for 4 days that after calling me to you than u came to know ur mistake.

I wanted to purchase a mobile phone with has 4g compatible under the price of Rs.5000/-. The same I have searched in search option as "4g mobile under 5000" by checking the checkbox of “LAVA”. Then I have found that "LAVA A73 (Dark Grey, 8GB)" is displaying as below :
• 1 GB RAM | 8 GB ROM |
• 5 inch FWVGA Display
• 5MP Primary Camera | 5MP Front
• 2200 mAh Battery
I like it and booked it. The order ID is OD108904833381672000. It has delivered to me on 20-Apr-2017.
But when it reached to my door and again I confirm with the either it is 4g or not. Then I have find that it is not compatible for 4g. It is compatible for 3g or 2g. Return ID is 1010897354953865038. When I call to customer care then customer care guy was saying that I will not return this mobile. Because if you going to purchase your mobile then "Read More" option is there for more specification. Truly I was not visited by clicking this because what I am searching (4g mobile) it is displaying with below feature :
1 GB RAM | 8 GB ROM |
5 inch FWVGA Display
5MP Primary Camera | 5MP Front
2200 mAh Battery
It is enough for me but I want a 4g mobile which I got by searching as "4g mobile under 5000" by checking the "LAVA" checkbox.
