I booked 3 Uber cabs today by cancelling one after another. 2 drivers said that they r having customers and not completed d trip. don't know how the app shows their Nos. 3rd driver asked me to cancel d cab since he doesn't have money for deasal. he says DAT Uber is not paying d money paid by Uber money. then dont know why the hell they r servicing. couldn't find Uber cust care no in the app. really Uber service is worst

    Using your cab for more than 2 months for 2 trips daily. Yesterday the driver was not arrived even after 15 minutes & so the trip was cancelled, for the 1st time. You have sent a message that Rs. 50/- will be deducted in my next trip. It is not fare on your part as the driver was not turned up in time. I hopoe you will revert that charges.

How do we chuck out uber and ola from chennai, since both these management wants to earn money, drivers do not get their rightful share, customers are end sufferers that they don't get prompt service from drivers. Quite often we only listen to their woes. DO WE HAVE ANY ADVOCATES WHO CAN SUE THESE BOTH IN THE COURT OF LAW FOR PROVIDING INJUSTICE TO THIER EXISTENCE

  22. My driver rudely spoken. I asked my driver to pick up me from the house but he was standing 5 houses after my house. I am with a 5 yr old kid and 3 luggages. Couldnt able to cross the road. His veh numb is TN22 DB 4356. Very worst n rude behaviour. Need a lesson to him. Henceforth should not do this to customers.

  25. I travelled from chennai central to vedha flats. With no surge, it costs around 200 rupees. But I was charged 450 rupees and driver told me that I surge was 2.5x. But when I was booking it was not reflecting any surge.

He and I had several phone calls, he made me wait and wait, I even taken help of security guard of Woodland restaurant to communicate with him. I could not cancel the trip as Uber showing error.   47. I got estimate amount different and the receipt was double the pay. Since the navigation was not showing properly the drive missed the route and we reached late and also paid higher amount. I need to refund the amount and give the reason for excess amount.Tuesday drive at 7.20pm.

    Again when we started from the place i booked the cab, the driver informed he was away from the location and he will cancell the trip. For this cancellation i was charged. Kindly do the needful to revert the amount. This was the driver mistake.

    charged cash - 100
    new total - 208.75
    i don't know what is "previous charge" in the break up of bill.

I was booked a cab on 13/11/16 at 5.30 pm. and the destination to mangadu kamatchi amman temple and the driver was dropped me on gerugambakkam. why the route map was showing like that? what happened i don't know that! And the driver was call that drivers customer care service number that girl was not able talk with me. she is talking with the driver and she is telling i'm don't want to talk with the customer and drop your map location. And the driver was very honest and very kindfully speaking with me and the uber customer service is very very bad and no kindness of them...... It's too bad....

    I booked uber cab for traviling Kolathur to Tambaram today morning around 7.30 (11-12-2016). Driver No:996222764, He told his vehicle is waiting my residents outside but in map his vehicle is parking near state bank, This location is nearly 1 km away from my house. I told the driver come to my residence, at that time he replied in my residence area GPS is not working. After some times I phoned to the driver he replied the order is cancelled. For urgent need only we are booking the vehicle. In what way you are cancelling the order? Is it fair? If you are not accepting the order we are looking some other transport, Why you are cheating the customer?

    Invoice details shows distance as 154 kms from Tambaram to velacheri. You stupids. No contact number no details. Cheats.

While the fare was reasonable, the driver of the vehicle (Toyota Etios) did not help us to take out the luggage after reaching the destination. My wife was not in a position to lift anything, so I had a tough time in managing my family members and the luggage. A little humane touch in such situations would be greatly appreciated. I think the driver was focusing on his next trip.

  67. Today 07.04.2017 I booked uber from Narada Gana Sabha to Annanagar chintamani and the amount shown before starting as Rs. 130.64. While reached destination it shows Rs. 180.64. When I asked the driver he told Rs. 50. As cancellation charges. I have not cancelled any trip. This also happened when I was in Mumbay. I tried creating fresh account and it states that my mobile number is present. I want to explain and lodge a complaint, but, no options at all. A fed up customer. No support email id also for Uber?
