Evertime I have good experience with uber ,but today it was horrible..the driver was using abusive languages to the passing by drivers and this is not the way he should speak when the passengers are in his car..I was travelling with my little daughter and when I told him not to use such languages ,he said that they are trained very well and now u uber employers will you tell me is this the way u r training your employees how to behave while driving and how to speak to their customers..he was telling me that u go n complain I don't care...the name of the driver is MD. Kashem,car--ford figo,number xactlly I don't remember...as01G...0380 something like that.. please take action against him..he was even telling to use pvt. car n not to travel in uber

Dear uber employers I was always having a good time with uber,but today it was horrible experience with u..I was with my 5years old daughter in the cab,and the driver was using abusive languages to the passing by drivers,and when I got down I asked him not to use such languages when he is on duty and specially not in front of kids..he replied that they are well trained and he doesn't care if we complain about him,moreover he was telling us not to use uber n use our private car,now you tell me is this the way u train ur employees..

ReplyDeletei would like to share a bitter experience with the riders. today at 12.30 I have booked a car from a prime location of guwahaty. in the app it was showing 1min to reach but 40 mins overed the cab didn't reach. mean time I have called the driver 3 times explained the location, but he couldn't reach and lastly admitted that he didn't know the location. so I took an auto as I was late... but surprisingly I have seen that rs.40 was charged for that trip which I didn't ride. it was really disgusting... i complained t=in the customer care but didn't get any response. the name of the driver was chandra and car was a Hyundai Eon..

ReplyDeleteI am a regular uber user apart from the small hitches of out of station drivers who are a bit raw in directions, I have generally had no reason for complaints ever. But yesterday I had a major problem with a driver who was extremely ill mannered and misbehaved with me I was surprised at the audacity of this particular guy who really was uncouth and used abusive language though he didn't even bother to come for a pick up and when I called him up he was at his ill mannered best. Kindly take note of this take action on this as if this carries on you will be loosing loyal customers. Putting a ban on such drivers and doing a quality check before induction of drivers is mandatory to ensure stickiness of customers and comfortable travel. Being a woman passenger the least we can expect is decency. Please find the phone number of the driver:- 9126526685 Kindly take action urgent!

You should train ur drivers before operating the service regarding the minimum social and traffic rules. Today one of ur vehicle carring no. AS25BC5420 strucked on my car while the driver tried to take over from the wrong side in front of the GMC Hospital and runaway towards Narakasur hill top. My APPs shows lower Rate.. the driver apps shows higher rate and ask me to pay what is showing in his apps... paid the driver(s) as per his apps... however it is a lost evertime i took uber.... ReplyDeleteI booked a uber taxi this morning for a ride from Ghoramora to ISBT. Taxi came promptly, completed the journey timely and the driver charged Rs.105/- as fare and Rs.40/- as cancellation charge against booking on Tuesday. I never booked any taxi on Tuesday (15/11/2016). So, requested the driver to accept Rs.105/- on the understanding that the cancellation charge would be paid after proper verification.He expressed his anger and went away without even taking his fare. The way the driver reacted was not acceptable to me. He reminded me that he hardly care the raing of the customrs. Bravi !!!

ReplyDeleteLast evening I have taken a ride with uber at 7.47 pm from lachit nagar to dowm town and my fare was 100 rs which i paid by cash. Today morning when I tried to book cab again it was showing that I need to pay 100 RS of my last trip. I called up the driver of last trip and asked him regarding the same. He was telling that the payment option was paytm. I asked him to update the same from his end so that i can book today. the driver told me that he doesnt know how to update. so i asked him to call uber office and update the same. but no response till now.
I had no balance in my paytm then how come the payment option came as paytm and when i paid in cash it must have been upadted.
please resolve the issue urgently.

ReplyDeleteOn 4th Dec. 2016 I used uber service from Kahilipara to Airport. Driver was one Sonomoni Senapati, Chevrolet Beat. On reaching Guwahati airport there was no link both on his (driver's) phone and my phone. He charged a lump sum amount of Rs.350/- and I paid it to him mobile through paytm. After a while when I get my net link, I found that another Rs.493.59 had already been debited from my paytm account i.e. made double payment (Rs.493.59+350 = Rs.843.59).
ReplyDeleteIn such a situation I decided not to take uber services in future. If such behaviour of the drivers are not checked, the future of the uber company is very very bleak.

Today I have booked an Uber cab after that I called the driver so that I can know how much time he required to pick me up from my pick up location but it was strange for me when that driver refuse to pick me up! He said there is too much of traffic so he could not come he insist me to cancel my booking! It was really a embarrassing experience for me! Got another cab. Traveled to my destination. Had to pay extra cancellation fees for no fault of my own. Ill file a consumer case .
ReplyDeleteI took a ride from Garchuk to Azara and then again returned back and changed the location from Azara and board down at Dispur.The total distance what I covered and the time of journey was 1hr 13 mins which was Rs.73 and distance was 54km total .The total amount I paid was Rs.695/-which was abbsured as in the invoice its written an extra Rs.200 as a distance surcharge .
