i got complaint against ola pricing. I have been charged 185 rupees for travel from station to my home which is only 6 km from station estimated price was 95 to 111 rs. I used ola in night in which no traffic on road. i booked one ola cab by my aap and ask driver to arrange two more cab in same time as we were 12 people all three cab charge differently one them charge 250
I am going to complain in consumer forum I booked cab day before yesterday regarding my journey on 23rd March 2016 from new minal to bhopal railway station I do not know why they cancelled my cab ...my train time is 2:15 PM ..I had to reached there at station...now I m in much tension I will sure go to the court

I think ola is thinking their customers are deaf and dumb. yesterday I book ola cab 1st time and my experience so bad. I have book ola from my office to my home its just 9Km but driver take long route above 25KM I told driver this is wrong route for my home he stop my ride after 2 km & charged 60Rs. this is terrible I face too much problem to reach my home.

They are worst service providers.Today I missed my luggage in cab.. when I called driver to return my luggage. He demands me 200 bucks. These are seriously bad service provider.

This is to brought to notice that the charges applied and taken for my ride from bhopal station to my place which is 15Km (approx), in the name of fare increase* are not justified and are arbitrary.... Ola Cabs may please take not that this practice is unfair and should be stopped immediately. i am a regular user of Ola but this fare increase by what so ever name and reason is bad.
I request the officers of the company to look into this policy of the company as following the same would surely break away the existing customers.

If you cannot meet your customer's requirement, then what is the need of this stupid "app". I was seriously ridiculed by these hopeless irresponsible fellows yesterday. I was waiting for my cab to turn up, but to my dismay at the very exact time of pickup, a message popped up on my screen "Sorry! We could not find a cab at your location for your pickup time". How can you cheat a customer like this!! Seriously your end is near. Your filthy service will land you in trouble and people will surely smash your balls out.Just count on that.... Bottomline: Will NEVER USE OLA AGAIN AND MAKE SURE OTHERS WON'T USE THIS TOO.

I had a bitter experience with ola. I booked ola about three days prior to my journey to airport which was scheduled for 5:50 AM on 24 December, 2016. Ola confirmed the booking and I was waiting for the call by the Driver 15 minutes before departure. When no call was received in the morning till 5:47 AM, I instantly booked another ola cab so as to reach the airport in time. The ride was confirmed and a message was received that taxi will reach within 9 minutes. Again I kept waiting for the taxi thinking that this cab will definitely pick me up. However, within five minutes I received a message that the ride has been cancelled. No vehicle was standing at the residence so I rushed outside in the street and found one vehicle which was about 50 meter away going back. I gave a call and asked whether he was from Ola. The Driver told me that he has cancelled the ride as he was here for a long time. I told him that I just booked the vehicle five minutes back and was told that it will be available after 9 minutes . Moreover vehicle did not turn up to the point where it was booked. I requested him to drop but he started bargaining. I told him that I will book again. He told me that I can not do so. If I book another vehicle will come. He told this because he had switched off the system purposefully. He charged me a high rate and I had to pay because I had to board the flight. Additionally Ola charged me Rs 50 for cancellation out of my ola money for no fault of mine. The same experience happened with me twice at Delhi where the Cab did not turn to the point and the Driver cancelled the booking. Ola is sending message that I have been charged Rs 50 for cancellation of each ride. I am not recharging the ola money for fear of automatic deduction from the account.

I scheduled Ola cab on 23rd Mar for 2:50 pm but at 2:45 pm driver called me and said at which location I have to come, I said Katara Hills then he said why have you booked taxi of misrod you better someone nearby, I said that I didn't booked the cab by seeing the location it's better you come he then said it'll take around 20mins to report but after 5 mins I monitored his location he was nearby my place but didn't called me.I called him twice but didn't responded. After 2-3 mins I got the message your booking is cancelled and you are not charged for this. This is ridiculous i was waiting for the cab as I had to get the train and suddenly driver himself cancelled the booking without my concern. Management please look into the matter how driver has the rights to cancel the booking without customers approval. Thank you
I booked ola auto just now, from janak vihar complex to kohefiza police chouki, which approx 5.4km. daily i am paying for the same distance Rs 55-60. but today Mr. Rizwan Ali ,taxi no. MP04RA2403 has charged Rs 115 and his mobile is showing distance 9.25km. i asked him that how is it possible,then he replied company is cheating with costmor. i am requesting youthat kindly do the justice and take the action against these froud people.
बुकिग के 15मी. बाद तक कोई contact नही की गई और उसके बाद जब हमने राईड कैसिल कर दी तो उस कंडीशन मे हम पेमेंट क्यो करे। मतलब बुकिंग के बाद हम घंटो ईतजार करे और पैसा भी दे । ऐसे मे ज्यादा दिन नही चलेगी ये सर्विस।

Clarified my address to driver sanjay , who didn't phone me..When I called again he told ..I am waiting outside your house..But nobody was there..He was a blunt and rude person...I had to manage other means to catch my train.. Hopeless.. More over they are asking 50 rs as cancellation charges..

Maine aaj ola micro 1st time book ki jiska fare mujch 110.00 rs tha lekin driver mujhe long route see Le kar gaya mere mana Kerne ke baad bhi jiska mujhe 50.00 rs extra dena pada it's is not fare

Is it preplainned worst service by ola and there drivers although i booked prior around 3 hrs at main time driver cancel it and great part of it is that cancellation charges added in my account after that when i booked sevral times they cancelled
Ola cab drivers are not interested in fetching customers/passengers from their pickup points, they go by their faulty GPS directions and then wait there according their convenience , cancel the ride and go away , without informing the passenger. It happened to me again yesterday on 30 lan 2018 , I booked micro from professors Colony to bhel dussehra maidan.The driver came waited somewhere, didn't pickup my phone didn't inform ne about his location ,after many futile calls when I was able to find him and talked to him, he said he was waiting on the other end of lane before I could find him and reach to him,he cancelled the ride and go away without informing me.I could not reach to my meeting and cancellation charges of 50 rupees has been deducted from my account without my fault.This is so ridiculous that without any communication with driver or any person we are being penalized every time ,because we booked the ola cab , and untrained drivers are rudely cancelling the rides,they don't contact,don't reach to the person,wait wherever they want and passenger has to suffer timewise,moneywise,and feel sorry for not reaching in time to their destination because of booking olacab.Here I appeal that my cancellation charges should be refunded.
I want to compain for a cab ,,i have booked the cab yesterday from nirmal e-state to girdhar college mandideep.then cab picked up me but after picked driver told me we can't go the drop location because we will not get the return booking from there ,and he riding the car just 100 meter appox. The auto drivers in bhopal are not at all co operative and due to that I had to cancel the ride multiple times. Ola service blocked my account and didn't allow me to contact the costomer care. Its not the first time I have been harassed.Ola needs to be responsible. I have had enough and is uninstalling the application which is of no use.

Clarified my address to driver sanjay , who didn't phone me..When I called again he told ..I am waiting outside your house..But nobody was there..He was a blunt and rude person...I had to manage other means to catch my train.. Hopeless.. More over they are asking 50 rs as cancellation charges..

Is it preplainned worst service by ola and there drivers although i booked prior around 3 hrs at main time driver cancel it and great part of it is that cancellation charges added in my account after that when i booked sevral times they cancelled
ReplyDeleteOla cab drivers are not interested in fetching customers/passengers from their pickup points, they go by their faulty GPS directions and then wait there according their convenience , cancel the ride and go away , without informing the passenger. It happened to me again yesterday on 30 lan 2018 , I booked micro from professors Colony to bhel dussehra maidan.The driver came waited somewhere, didn't pickup my phone didn't inform ne about his location ,after many futile calls when I was able to find him and talked to him, he said he was waiting on the other end of lane before I could find him and reach to him,he cancelled the ride and go away without informing me.I could not reach to my meeting and cancellation charges of 50 rupees has been deducted from my account without my fault.This is so ridiculous that without any communication with driver or any person we are being penalized every time ,because we booked the ola cab , and untrained drivers are rudely cancelling the rides,they don't contact,don't reach to the person,wait wherever they want and passenger has to suffer timewise,moneywise,and feel sorry for not reaching in time to their destination because of booking olacab.Here I appeal that my cancellation charges should be refunded.
ReplyDeleteI want to compain for a cab ,,i have booked the cab yesterday from nirmal e-state to girdhar college mandideep.then cab picked up me but after picked driver told me we can't go the drop location because we will not get the return booking from there ,and he riding the car just 100 meter appox. And told us for stop the ride and because we have pay with ola money wallet so he cancelled the ride and also misbehaving with us ,when i argue with him and told for complain then he want to fight with us ,,and i have got late because i have booked uber after this condition so who will responsible for my money and my time ...driver name mohd azhar.

The auto drivers in bhopal are not at all co operative and due to that I had to cancel the ride multiple times. Ola service blocked my account and didn't allow me to contact the costomer care. Its not the first time I have been harassed.Ola needs to be responsible. I have had enough and is uninstalling the application which is of no use.
