ReplyDeleteJoke or what? Firstly mini has removed before booking facility. We have to book immediately. Not before. And in emergencies we rely on ola, but these stupid drivers with ola cab!!! They show 15min 10min away and then call you and give foolish and vague excuses. That they can't come. Faking fool out of us or what!? Improve this else ola is just waste!

ReplyDeleteMy booking CRN-675855837 dt 25/04/2017 is confirm by you at. 12.30 PM., after 5 minuts message received booking was cancelled without given any proper reason, due to this i was not attend my meeting on time 1:30 PM. in future please look the above matter seriously and take care.

ReplyDeleteOla at Varanasi Airport is cheating to customer, when i booked a ride fare estimate was 260 rupees but actual bill driver generated 600 rupees. This is totally cheating to customer.

ReplyDelete23 जून को लगातार 3 बार कैब बुंक करना पड़ा क्योकि हर बार बुक करने के बाद ड्राइवर का फोन आता और थोड़ी देर बाद अपने आप कैंसल हो जाता संभवत दुरी कम थी किराया मात्रा 80 रु था ।हम हॉस्पिटल से पेसेंट को डिस्चार्ज करा रहे थे । तीन बार बुक कराने के बाद प्रवेट ओटो बुक करा कर जाना पड़ा और बाद में 50 रु पेनाल्टी का मैसेज आता है ।
