Such a cheap & third grade shopping site. Not returned my money in my account from 22nd August 2016 to till date. The return no 16345043 was initiated on 22.09.2016 but till date not got the refund amount. In between already sent 5-6 mails to support@myntra.com . 3 times given the bank statement as asked by them for conforming that the return was not done . 10 - 12 times talk to the customer care no 080-43541999 & spend more than Rs,100 (Return amount Rs, 629.47)but all goes in vein. Like the bogus company , the peoples working their are alike . Thanks Myntra for not returning my refund amount.

The myntra customer care is the worst. I have returned the two products on 24th October 2016 with return id 17907808 and 17907813.Both are of same amount i.e. Rs. 579.72 individually. I don't know where the confusion arised or what happened. I just received the refund of Rs. 579.72 and the remaining amount is not refunded till date i.e. 1st December 2016. I am contacting the Myntra cutomer care and already sent 9-10 mails to support@myntra.com but their is no status and refund is credited to my account. This experience is just pathetic.
ReplyDeleteMyntra is so third grade shopping site. I had expensed about 40/50 rs. calling their customer care to return an item which was not my ordered item. I ordered t shirt for boy they hv given me girls top. Is it my fault and still unable to return it even after naking 3/4 times reqest..
ReplyDeleteMyntra customer care & support suck.I have ordered an item and so provided the tracking number by myntra. When I tried to track my items through ecom exchange courier service than it told me to check my tracking number but than I contacted our local ecom exchange courier than they told us that MYNTRA often does this and told me to wait till the expected delivery date. Since than I tried calling the customer care but in vain since all the time it say the lines are busy. Well than I have to contact only through post mail only. At least they can provide an email ID so that this things doesn't happened. Myntra wake up guys it's a customer centric era not the era of seller's era.

But I am very sad to tell that Courier boy of that company has a product of one of the two products, except 1217 rupees Amount of product for 629 rupees is wrong, which is wrong then I ask Myntra company, please confirm my given order Thank you.

ReplyDeleteI have order a Navy Duke sandal worth 478rs. but I got wrong products...I request you please return this item or exchange . when I receive my order.the product is different. Under 10 or a 15 minutes I have applied for return but now the story is going to be start everyday I receive a message that please keep your order ready and our associate will pick up today his name is Sanjay , Manoj and Gajender but they didn't call me and sir I also have a proof that I call him ..they told me I will come tomorrow and the Mr Manoj they told me Mr Ajay yadav you have to come to return this order I will not come ..sir I belong to a middle class family , I am a student of 12th class I know the value of money because I m also doing a part time job.
sir if you are reading this mail please take action against you delivery boy..I m suggesting you if you want to buy anything just look the Amazon and compare the price .
