ReplyDeleteworst service . My refund amount has not been credited after 13 days. Complaint no is 037924 , Transaction ID -4353887. Tickets not issued and amount debited Rs 4839. Although I used to book regularly by red Bus this was a pathetic experience for me. I had called from my no 9685091505. getting the no of red bus is a time consuming process and after that you get a temp. assurance that your amount will be credited within next 24 hrs which is yet to come. when will this service improve???????????

ReplyDelete1. On Fri, Mar 10, 2017 at 10:01 PM. I tried to book Mumbai to Surat ticket through Redbus mobile App. For which i selected Bhagawati travel and for that amount get deducted from my bank account however ticket got failed. Please find attached email for the failure of booking from redbus.
2. Since My uncle would like to go Mumbai to Surat on same day. Then i tried again from redbus with different travel and for which ticket got booked, see attached email for the same. Ticket got booked after 8 mins of your earlier failure transaction. Fri, Mar 10, 2017 at 10:08 PM. I started booking immediately after i got failure message from your end for Mumbai to surat booking through Bhagwati travel.
3. There is no question of claiming incorrect or in approprite claim for refund as you can see that within few mins i booked another tickets from redbus (it was very unfortunate that i had to rely on redbus), Since traveler had to travel on same day immediately.
4. More ever, no one from your customer care or your organisation is bother to call me about failure transaction. When i called them and write an email they says there was no issue from redbus. What does it mean, is customer is fool to choose redbus for ticket booking and let go money which got deducted by your company very unethically.
I am raising this issue with your company last time for any action if you want to really resolve. Else, i have to forcefully go to legal way.
Expecting cooperation from you as earliest possible.

About the route there the no information given by red bus or by vijay tour travel before booking. As between the bharatpur to Bikaner 95 % buses are going via Jaipur which was a highway route but in this bus was going via alwar and behror which was non highway and bad road condition which was very pathenic and uncomfirtable in 12 hours journey.
