Very poor service in Kochi. They cancel the booking just few minutes before the scheduled departure, (that too when we call them to remind about the trip and ask for the details of cab) quoting the reason as there is no cabs available nearby. ref CRN 207673212. Not a reliable service in Kochi
Very poor service in Cochin.Even though I had Ola money,as per the request of the driver at late night I paid him by cash as he changed the settings to do so,but Ola money was also deducted.Before next trip I was asked to give rating of previous trip and I rated very bad with comment stating my above experience.Nothing happened.The very next day I booked Ola and without even travelling I got the message saying 'Thank you for travelling with Ola 'and my balance Ola money in account was deducted
मैंने दिनांक 18/11/2016 को शाम 7:30 पर शेडयूल कैब बुक की थी जो दिनांक 19/11/2016 की सुबह 4:30 मिनिट बबड़िया कला से हबीबगंज रेलवे स्टेशन के लिए बुक की थी मेरी ट्रैन सुबह 5:30 मिनट पर भोपाल से जबलपुर इंटरसिटी एक्सप्रैस थी 19/112016 की सुबह 4:15 मिनिट पर ड्राइवर का नाम, CRN न.460875935, कार न. ये मेसेज ओला एप्प पर मुझे आया जिसमे ड्राइवर का मोबाइल नं. नहीं था मेने 4:32 मिनिट तक इंतजार किया फिर ओला कस्टमर केयर पर फोन किया तो उन्होंने ड्राइवर का न.मुझे दिया मैंने ड्राइवर को फोन किया उसी समय ड्राइवर ने बुकिंग कैंसिल कर दी, ड्राइवर के पास मेरा मोबाइल नं.था लेकिन ड्राइवर ने मुझे फोन ही नहीं किया और मेरी बुकिंग कैंसिल कर दी मजबूरन मुझे मेरी ट्रैन छोड़नी पड़ी मेरा रेल टिकिट वेस्ट हो गया मेरा पैसा समय और काम सब वेस्ट हो गया, Very poor service

I have had a wonderful experience with ola Kochi. The drivers were courteous and they picked me up on time and i have all the details with me in the ola app.
Nobody knows about the problem.everyone have a complaints about the drivers. We r not pilots only drivers.if we late one minute they shouting at the drivers.
