ReplyDeleteYes.. but regular Ola services are only in city limits only.. if you want to drop at nagayalanka you have book in outstation section as per your choice of one way or round trip .. but some areas has no one way trip option you will charge for round trip for dropping also.. in case of any queries ask me on 9866252524

DeleteVijayawada ola cab services is very very poor. After booking the driver calls and asks where to go and what is the pick up point,,, and some how they don't come. To day I have booked 4 times one man said....he can not wait,,,, another one said.. after talking to me he is long way,,,, another guy said... his tire is punctured. ....so disappointed.... other cities the service is excellent
ReplyDeleteSorry for your inconvenience from ola services because I am also an ola partner....Ola service in vijayawada suffering both customers and partners because small small villages included in city limits but the partner went for drop as per customer wish there is no bookings from that location .. that's why some partners rejecting to serve some routes ...

ReplyDeleteOla can services in Vijayawada are not good. Driver calls 10 minutes before the scheduled time and says that they can not come to the location point what customer requests and says that he is canceling the service or demands more money.

ReplyDeleteIn vijayawada, ola service is worest.. Jus before half n hour I booked a cab from railway station to housing board. Driver asked me to pay extra 50 rupees. I denied to give as ola don't have that custom but driver denied the duty and told me to cancel the ride. I cancelled it. But ola charging me 50 ruppes for cancellation in my next ride. How come its rite.. Very bad experience..

over bill charge i have book auto from samarangam chowk to nakal road booking charges shows 29 rs and droping time bill shows 110 rs auto no. 7976 otp 5898. i have paid the money. but please clearify. oterwise i stop your service in near future. my mobile no is vnshukla 9440740931
ReplyDeleteIf you booked auto before 10pm it will shows 29 rupees but the ride starts after 10pm you will be charged 13per km and 20 convince charge and some of taxes

Today evng we booked a cab name of the driver alluri sitha rama raju, for a patient at pushpa hotel centre
,but after seeing his rude behaviour, vulgar language with us we immediately cancelled booking, but even after we cancelled booking he did not remain calm , he again used vulgar language in public with us and also with the patient.

this is regarding the cab booking which was done on tuesday mrng, from vijayawada to katuri nagar guntur. The booking was done, and i was told to come towards the parking slot. upon reaching the cab driver told that the cab is only for vijayawada city and not for guntur.

He told that he would take it after cancellation of booking.
the booking was cancelled, but its not reflecting it on my booking that the ride has been cancelled.
Kindly look into this as un necessarily why the people has to be troubled
