I am S.Venkatachalam cell no.09848130737 I have booked a cab on 23rd March 2016 at 0622.PM and the driver refused to come to my place as he wants to go to other direction and asked me to cancel the trip I asked him to cancel as he is not coming. To my surprise I have charges Rs.60/- as cancellation charges and were added to my trip on next day. I have mention the same thing in the app also
ReplyDeleteand I got a reply that cancellation charges we cancelled. But on my 24th March 2016 evening trip charges were Rs.119/- and it showed as Rs.178/- i.e Rs.117/- + Rs.60/- cancellation charges also. I request you to kindly deduct the amount in my next trip under intimation to me.

ReplyDeleteOn 11/10/2016 I was trying to book Ubergo cab to go privately from Mahim to Kandivali East. Each time it showed me Uber pool which I cancelled without confirmation. On d fifth time I got the cab but with Rs 60 cancellation charge which I refused to pay.
ReplyDeleteNow today I have booked ubergo from Kandivali to Dadar nd again Rs 60 is added to my fare.
Why should I be charged cancellation fee when I did not confirm the cab.
I am already in d cab on my way to Dadar. Kindly wave if this incorrect cancellation fee from my records and revert back to my Driver Mr Dnyaneshwar informing him of d same.

ReplyDeleteYesterday at 6 30p.m i had booked Uber services from Walkeshwar to CST station,Mumbai.It was raining .It was showing the driver is at 1 minute.I called up at 6.31 to find out his location he said he is coming in few minutes.I could see in GPS he is close by.He went turning from one road to the other ,inspite of him knowing the location.as i was the standing in front of the police chowkie.And finally after 12 minutes he says i have to take a U turn then he cancels the booking.The amount was around Rs 128.

It was a clear case of cheating by the driver i have all the timings of the driver i had called.His phone number is 9702031991.call timings are 6.31 for 19 seconds;6.36 for 25 seconds;6.41 for 12 seconds 6.42 for 3 minutes 56 secs.
Why should I pay extra on my ride when it is the mistake of the uber driver ?please look into the matter and revert .The police person has seen me standing there for the uber.
